Thank you to all Players who attended Event Horizon Session #47. :thumbs:

Ptm Permafrost is a Medium sized Map consisting of a small yet deep Horseshoe Canyon having Two Raised Platforms leading out from the Bases running across either side of the Canyon. These Platforms do not join, but instead both terminate a short distance from each other in the middle of the Map with Ladders down each side to the bottom. This feature seems to serve no purpose other than trying to deliberately make Game Play harder by impeding access to each Base.

Bases have Tunnel entrances and Teleporters which also serve as entrances both to and from the Platforms and also on through to Covered Side areas. There is an Upper Platform on the Map but with no apparent way of reaching it. Fall damage on this Map is disabled.

Ptm Permafrost is suitable for 2 Players upwards, but Game Play is extremely limited due to just Slayer, (and Variants) and CTF Game Types supported. There are no Vehicles on the Map, and the only Custom Weapon is a Sword. Unfortunately the Pistol does not Kill, so again Game Play is reduced.

Even though there were up to 14 Players during this event, Ptm Permafrost does not provide a sufficient level of Game Play to sustain interest and I would not rush to play this Map again. :(

If the platforms would stick to each other, the pistols worked, (and the game types) it would be a nice map. :o
