Ye, your right. I'm gonna spend the next 10 week in analysing all realworld members then I'm gonna formulate an algorithm that produces perfect teams and that will be what my doctoral thesis will be based on. Cause you know I just happen to study math ... oh wait a minute I don't. :cool-down:

I think instead of making it too complicated... we should just give it a go just this once and then things can change next time if it doesn't work out... :thumbs:

Or maybe just:
Every palyer who wants to play the Tournament is on a list. Then Harb and/or Dwight choose 4-8 "Team leaders". Then everyone chooses one man/girl out of the "playerpool". Just like in sports at school ;)
