Okay Guys, now for the sake of simplicity, (using TG being an easily identifiable community) obviously makes it's easy to delimit Team Members such as Team "TG". So yeah Team TG sorted. Likewise Realworld Guild Members with Clan Memberships could also be so divided, (should they wish) to make Teams, for example the "T®'s".

Whilst some, (such as myself) might prefer to be in a Team called along the lines of "Realworlders" or similar. Again others may prefer to be identified as "Classicworlders". Further possibilities for some Teams might be to create bespoke Team Names such as, "Realworld Stalkers" for example.

In reality what this means is that Team Members are choosing their own Team allegiance and Team Buddies, and this leads to problems. This also divides Realworld Guild Members in ways which are opposed to Realworld Guild ideals and Core values, (hence why we are a Guild) and especially creates further problems for Realworld Guild Members without further allegiance, and for them Team Naming is not so straightforward.

What would be preferred in accordance with Core Guild Values is that all interested Guild Members names are submitted, and then a fair and random drawing of Team Members, (like out of a Hat for example) is performed with equal numbers of Players being allocated to each Team.

Simple Guild Team naming conventions like Team A, B, C etc. might suffice...

It's always natural for friends and Members with clear identities to want to Team up.. but this is not what Realworld Guild is about. Realworld Guild is about all of us coming together. :P

When a Clan or Community wants to compete in a Tournament, (as a Single Team) against another community then it's fine, but this would not really be a Realworld Guild Tournament. A Realworld Guild Tournament must have unbiased team structures and be open and fair - pros and noobs fighting together along side.

Realworld Guild cant agree to Realworld Guild supporting Teams structured just along the lines of Members Clans etc.
